Return & Exchange
Here at Cheryl Saban Designs, we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. We’re here to make it right!
We offer free returns for all purchases made through our online store. Returns are valid within 15 days of delivery date. All items must meet our Items Care Policy to be eligible for return. To initiate the return, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Let us know which item(s) you would like to return
- Let us know the reason for the return
After we receive your return request, we will provide you with a shipping label via email for your package. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including the total amount refunded. Please note that original shipping charges, i.e. expedited, etc. are not refundable. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund back to your original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order on the website to ensure the item you want does not go out of stock! We’ll refund you for any items you wish to return as long as it falls within our Return Policy and Items Care Policy.
All items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented and all items must meet our Items Care Policy to be eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds are not valid for in-store purchases. Items purchased with a gift card or in-store credit will be returned to the original form of payment.
Items Care Policy
In order to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit, the items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received the item(s). Gift With Purchase items are NON RETURNABLE and ineligible for EXCHANGE.
We offer complimentary ground shipping!
All of our products are sent directly from The Shop On Nemo in West Hollywood, California. We strive to ship all orders within one business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST will be shipped the following Monday (or the next business day). We currently ship only within the United States. Please contact us for additional information regarding international shipping at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please note that we only ship to business or residential address and do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
We offer complimentary ground shipping for all orders under 10 lbs. Orders weighing over 10 lbs will incur a shipping fee of $10.00. We offer the option of UPS expedited shipping, which is 2nd daydelivery to most metropolitan areas.* UPS Expedited shipping for orders weighing under 10 lbs is $20.00 and for orders weighing over 10 lbs is $30.00.* All shipments are insured and upon shipment we will provide you with the tracking information. *Some expedited shipping deliveries to and from certain locations may require additional time in transit. See something online and it’s sold out? Need multiples of our one of a kind pieces? Please send us an email at email@example.com with a url link of the product to request a custom order. All of our pieces are one of a kind and handmade in LA so please keep in mind that the product size, color pattern or shape may vary slightly. Please note that we require a refundable deposit of $100 and depending on the quantity of the order, we may require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-8 weeks for all custom orders. Depending on the quantity of the order, we may require extra turnaround time. I live in Los Angeles and I would like to return an order I placed online. Can I stop by The Shop On Nemo to return an online order?
Yes! Please feel free to come by The Shop on Nemo to place your return. We can process your return at The Shop On Nemo and you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
I received my online order in the mail and the item came damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear about this unfortunate event and we’re here to make it right! Please email us at email@example.com with an image of the broken item and we will take care of the rest!
The jewelry I purchased became damaged. What do I do?
At Cheryl Saban Designs quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. We will repair any breakage within 30 days of purchase for online and in-store purchases. Damages that occur after 30 days of delivery or purchase will incur a repair charge which will vary on the severity of the damage. Because each item is unique and one of a kind, we cannot guarantee exact replication of the design.
